BIBS (Blow-In-Blanket System) is a state of the art, environmentally friendly, custom fit insulation process utilizing specially manufactured fibreglass blowing wools that are installed by certified professionals.

The process was developed in 1983 in the USA, since then thousands and thousands of homes across Canada and the USA have been insulated using BIBS.

Ideal applications for BIBS are; sidewalls, sloped ceilings, and floor cavities.  The insulation is blown through a hose and out a nozzle into the cavity behind a polypropylene mesh that is attached to the face of the studs, trusses, rafters or joists.

The Blow-In-Blanket System works with any blueprint, fits any configuration. Cavities.  Curves. Vaulted ceilings. Crawl spaces. Custom windows.  Rim-joists.  BIBS is a proven, time-tested, premium insulation that fits any configuration, any custom situation, any size home.  It blows in easily, fills completely and lasts for the life of the home.

BIBS is safe, clean, fast and effective.  It's also fire-resistant, moisture-resistant, and does not attract or act as sustenance for animals. BIBS uses non-combustible fibreglass and there are no chemicals or noxious odours over time.  The installation is clean as the mesh contains most of the fibres. The fibres are pure fibreglass with a texture like cotton so it is not itchy like most fibreglass batts.
